    3、在深化阶段负责展陈大纲制作，确保展陈大纲内容准确、符合业主需求，确保内容层面可使后续排版效果与设计方案匹配。

任职资格（Qualifications for positions）：

    1、本科及以上学历，从事展厅、博物馆、文化产业园区文案策划工作经历，3年及以上同岗位工作经验；

    2、具有良好的逻辑思维能力、深厚文字功底与理解能力；

    3、根据顶层规划思路，对未来医疗机构功能设置、布局进行规划；参与项目可行性分析、定位分析、选址分析、财务分析、医疗规划设置等内容，提供相应的技术支持。

   2、熟悉了解医疗行业信息，具备较强的沟通能力、文书撰写能力、 PPT 制作能力和汇报陈述能力；

    1、参与公司年度营销计划，根据建筑市场现状提出中长期公司市场目标和达成计划，建立完善建筑公司业务流程和产品体系；

    2、负责业务合同履约过程进度、品质、客户评价的管理；负责行业会议执行和客户培育拓展，建立完善客户档案信息；

任职资格（Qualifications for positions）：

    1、工程管理、市场营销等相关专业大专及以上学历，8年以上同市场营销工作经验，3年以上建筑设计行业同类管理岗位经验；

    College degree or above in engineering management, marketing or related fields, with over 8 years of marketing experience

    2、熟悉建筑设计行业及业务流程，具备良好的项目管理能力及商务谈判能力；

工作职责：

    1、组织规划方案、设备在设计管理部的内部评审和方案优化、设计设备选型和优化；

    2、负责落实各项目施工期间出现设备区其关联问题的解决方案，审核机电设备施工图及现场机电设备施工管理；

    3、负责监督、指导和协调设计师的日常工作。

任职资格：

    1、统招本科（电、暖) 等相关专业毕业，熟悉各类建筑配套设备知识；
    2、已通过注册设备工程师（电气或暖通专业）考试，并取得注册设备工程师证书；
    3、有过甲级建筑设计院五年以上机电设计经验，对弱电智能化及给暖通专业比较了解。

工作职责：

    1、管理和协调团队/部门事务，协助团队/部门管理和技术层面的执行与落实；

    2、参与项目专业设计、技术交流、质量校审、评审会议等工作；

    3、与内部各专业、外部建设方进行沟通协调，综合处理项目进度中存在的问题；

任职资格：

    1、规划、建筑学、土木工程等相关专业本科以上学历，有项目负责人工作经验，八年以上甲级设计院工作经验，持中高级职称者优先考虑；

    2、熟悉建筑专业设计规范，具有良好的图纸审核、设计变更及品质把控能力，较高的建筑审美能力；

    3、沟通协调能力强，能够有计划地协调整体工作进度，工作积极主动，具备带领团队、处理和解决问题的能力。

工作职责：

    1、负责项目结构设计工作。参与项目工作会议和讨论，在项目组内协同工作，按时按质完成所属上级分配的设计任务；

    2、较强的专业设计能力，能独立完成较复杂的工程设计；

    3、具有较强的结构后期服务及现场解决问题的能力。

任职资格：

    1、土木工程相关专业（结构工程、工民建、土木工程方向）本科及以上学历；

    2、八年以上设计工作经验；

    3、熟练使用设计相关软件及设备。
